Since 1957, thousands of young people from the greater Spokane area and North Idaho have come to Camp Spalding for classic, summer camp fun – boating and swimming, craft projects, hilarious skits, one-of-a-kind all camp games, new friends and lasting memories. And in the last several years, we’ve been making a great week even better with a long list of new, awesomely-fun program additions.
But best of all, our Christian summer camp programs provide a chance to get away from the daily routine, to spend a week with an outstanding, fun staff of college and post-college age role models, and experience the adventurous life God intends for us. Today, Camp Spalding draws campers from throughout the Northwest - Washington, Oregon and Idaho; from Puget Sound to the Tri-Cities, from Portland to Eastern Washington.

staff and volunteer counselors who are carefully selected
for their Christian commitment, experience, ability
and desire to work with youth.
Camp Spalding takes the health and safety of your child
seriously. A health supervisor is on duty at all times,
and medical help is just minutes away. All waterfront
activities are supervised by experienced, certified
lifeguards. Our rock climbing and ropes course instructors
receive extensive training, as well. Spalding’s
professional food service staff provides balanced, great
tasting meals that kids like to eat.
Camp Spalding’s outstanding summer programs allow
campers to experience Jesus’ promise to His followers:
“I have come to give you life, and life more abundantly”
(John 10:10).
