PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By registering a child for Camp Spalding summer programs, the child’s parents agree to the following: I hereby grant permission to Camp Spalding to photograph and videotape my child during camp activities and to use the photographs, video images and voice in Camp Spalding promotional materials without compensation or approval rights.



NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY:
Camp Spalding welcomes all campers, regardless of race, sex, national origin, physical handicap, or religious background


RESIDENT CAMP
Discovery & Junior Camps

Items to Bring:

Toiletry supplies (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Bible
Paper & pen (grades 5-6)
Sleeping bag, pillow
Warm & Cool Clothes for camp (remember that things will get dirty)
Warm jacket
Swim suit (no two-piece suits)
Towel
Rainjacket
2 pair of shoes for walking (not sandals)
Insect repellent
Disposable Camera (optional)
T-Shirt for tie-dye (grades 5-6, optional)
Prescription medication (will be turned over to Health Coordinator at registration)

Spending money for the Snack Shack – candy, pop, t-shirts, etc.
Suggested amount: $5 - $15 Discovery Campers - $15 - $30 Junior Campers

Please Note:
• Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Please time your arrival for between 2:45 pm & 4:00 pm (the line is much shorter between 3:30-4:00 pm)

• Please leave snacks, fireworks & all personal electronics—cell phones,
iPods, MP3 players, video games, etc—safely at home.

• Mail to campers should be postmarked no later than 2 days prior to the last full day of camp (usually Wednesday).

• Balance of payment due two weeks prior to first day of camp.

• Camp Spalding has a NO PETS policy, including arrival & departure.


RESIDENT CAMP
Junior High, Senior High & Clearwater Arts Camps

Items to Bring:

Toiletry Supplies (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc)

Sleeping Bag & Pillow
Warm & Cool Clothes for Camp (remember that things will get dirty)

Dress Guidelines—thanks for cooperating!:

Girls: no spaghetti straps, belly shirts, two-piece swimsuits or short shorts
Guys: no underwear showing above the waistline of your pants or shorts

• Snack Shack & Trading Post – candy, pop, coffee drinks, blended fruit drinks, t-shirts, sweatshirts & gift items
• Bead Cart – number & cost per project vary – $5 will make a great project!

PIONEER CAMP

Sunscreen
Bible
Notebook & pen (grades 5-12)
Sleeping bag, pillow
Sleeping pad (1/2” backpacking pads recommended)
Day backpack / knapsack
Two water bottles
Camping clothes (no belly shirts or spaghetti straps – thanks!)
Warm jacket
Sweats
Swim suit (no two-piece suits)
Towel
Rainjacket or rain poncho
2 pair of shoes (sturdy pair for hiking - No sandals)
Insect repellent
Flashlight

Spending money (candy, pop, t-shirts, sweatshirts & gift items at the Snack Shack & Trading Post. Suggested: $5-$15 Discovery Campers; $15-$30 Junior Campers; $30-$50 Junior High & Senior High Campers)
